Excellent “steri-strips”

Typically high quality of 3M product. STRONG packaging to insure sterility is maintained even with rough handling or laying in firstborn support kit in trunk or car or back pack.
All in package were well sealed. Opened one set to test and they are VERY adhesive to skin. Yes if you try this on your arm you will lose a tiny bit of hair! Hold well underneath warm running water too. They likewise flex the right way with out “crinkling” while being VERY strong. You are not going to tear these, you will need scissors to cut them if you need to do so.
Remember they are ONLY for skin closure of little or shoal wounds and not a substitute for proper medical care for a more severe wound except in emergency and SHORT-TERM (few hours) primary help situations. Also do not forget these are NOT a bandage, they have no protective pad to keep out dirt or support in hemostasis. They are ONLY wound closure strips. If if in a dirty surroundings you will need to not only clean wound as well as possible, put a protective sterile pad OVER the steri-strips and tape it.

Excellent Wound Closures – Highly Recommended

These 3M “Steri Strip Skin Closures” are magnificent for keeping the edges of shoal wounds together and, importantly, did not irritate my very sensible skin (3M adhesives seem to be the least reactive for me). These stick very well and hold up to sweat and water as well. After applying, I covered the wound website with a sterile non-stick pad and that worked nicely.
These are not for deep wounds, but do make a utile addition to an emergency kit when hiking or camping.

Used in a firstborn support kit

I ordered these to add to the Adventure Medical Kit Day Tripper First Aid Kit, which is a great kit. We’ve been pleased with them. A better quality than the butterfly closures I purchased at CVS.
